We use whole hop flowers in our Pale Ale, which gives it a pretty serious citrus and stone fruit flavour, balanced with specialty malts and a decent hit of bitterness.
CATALINA LAGER
A refreshing lager with floral and citrus notes from the late hopping of New Zealand Taiheke and Nelson Sauvin. A refreshing bitterness complements a mix of pilsner and specialty malts. An endlessly refreshing drop that is perfect for any occasion.
BARNSTORMER
Made with barley and wheat malts, hopped with Taiheke, Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Zythos.
Hazy, rich, juicy orange and tropical fruits with a sweeter desert finish. Like a fruit salad in a glass.
ROGERS
Whole hop flowers used in the brewing process deliver a gentle bitterness and light citrus hop notes that weave together with roasted toffee and caramel malt flavours to create this unique, easy-drinking amber ale.
CATALINA CIDER
The name Catalina is inspired by the location the Brewery is situated – Catalina Bay, Hobsonville. This makes Catalina Cider a unique offering to complement the Little Creatures Brand. It’s a little local cider, created by locals for the locals and now available to you.
